Return Process

Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

For quality control purposes, please provide photos of the damaged packaging or the incorrect item received to help us process your request.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the unopened tea canisters back to our warehouse.
